I studied psychology for several years before I became a business coach and started working with entrepreneurs. Over the past 2 years I’ve coached multiple entrepreneurs through raising prices, creating offers they love, building a sustainable business model, and healing the worthiness wound. As I built more trust with my clients, they started opening up to me about other struggles - their relationships, their self image, their upbringing in childhood. And I realized that THIS was the work I was meant to be doing - helping to heal past wounds and let go of that, to let in more of what we DO want - love, money, fun, ease, success.
Now I live in a beautiful beach town, with my girlfriend of a year and our pets. I’ve built a business that excites me and allows me to share my gifts with the world. I’ve rewritten my love story, my money story, my business story, my health story (I went from struggling with an eating disorder, to using food as a coping mechanism and gaining weight, to finally finding a home in my body again)

While I was working withAbigail, I went through a breakup with my boyfriend of 2+ years.
